Terms of Service
By purchasing any service or product you agree to the Terms of Service and policies listed below.
Booking & Deposits
Any service requested after or during the original project schedule may require a separate project date.
Website, Blog, Book and Print Design
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the final price is required at the time of project booking.
All Other Services
Full payment is due at the time of project booking.
Payment
The remaining balance is due before installation or delivery of the design. Once the final payment is received the design will either be sent to the client’s email address or published on their websites/blogs.
There will be no refunds for any reason.
Payments will only be accepted through PayPal. PayPal is a very easy-to-use payment system for merchants and buyers. A PayPal account will be necessary to complete project payment.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the project’s starting date may be rescheduled to the end of the waiting list.
Authorization & Credentials
It is the responsibility of the client to provide Forever Design Studio with the requested login credentials or any other neccessary access information to allow for project installations or updates as needed.
Revisions
The client may request one (1) major revision at no extra charge. Any additional major revision requests are subject to additional charges.
Development & Communication
Forever Design Studio makes every effort to complete a client’s project in a timely manner. Projects are generally scheduled beginning the first of the assigned month with estimated time of completion within 30-40 days. Project schedule and length may vary depending on services requested.
Communication is key to the success of a project. Forever Design Studio will communicate with the client throughout the project duration, including status updates and answering any client questions or comments.
Should a client fail to provide any requested information or respond to status updates and questions within 4-5 days, their project may be terminated.
Copyright & Use of Products
Forever Design Studio possesses all copyright priveleges on all designs. The client owns the copyright to the content on their website or blog. It is appreciated if the links to Forever Design Studio were kept on all online designs.
Forever Design Studio also reserves the right to display an image of a client’s completed design in our portfolio.
All designs should not be used for anything other than for what was originally agreed upon. If the client wants to use their design for any other purpose they should contact me first.
Support
Lifetime email support is included with each design purchase. This does not include changes or website maintenance. If the need for design changes/additions or website maintenance arises, a charge of $5 per edit will be applied.
